Autofitting (head) hair?

What can I buy to make hair load on a character's head and stay there even when poses change? And is there something I can buy to make all female hair styles fit all female characters?

You will need to parent the hair to the head. Once you do it will stay there. Which figure are you asking about for the second half of your question.
I had to adjust it manually because changing the parent didn't do anything for some reason. But I'll have to manually adjust it again when I change the pose so is there an autofit product for v4.2? Nothing specific for the second question. I just keep buying stuff and it would be great if I could use everything I've bought on any girl. If I buy V4 shape for Genesis can I use all V4 products on the V4 Genesis figure including advanced morphs?
V4 morphs won't work on Genesis directly since they're totally different meshes. For that you'd have to use a conversion tool like Generation X2. The autofit tool is for clothing mainly, and all hair prior to Genesis was prop-based and parented to the head. Genesis hair differs in that it shares the same skeleton as the figure, so it moves with the head on its own, although some are parented automatically.
As for the manual adjustment, parenting an object won't automatically move that object to the parent. You'd need to parent the hair to the head BEFORE posing the figure. Once parented, it will follow any movements the head makes.
When you parent an item to a body part, when that body part moves, the parented item moves as well, that is what parenting means. If your parented item does not move with the body part, then it is not parented correctly. To parent a hair item to a figure, load the hair, position it where you want it to stay, once you are satisfied with the position of the hair, drag and drop the hair in the Scene pane onto the Head of the figure. That will parent it in place, and when the head moves, the hair will move with it.
There is no Autofit for V4, Autofit is only for fitting clothing from earlier versions (Gen3 Gen4) to Genesis/Genesis2.
V4 clothing can be fitted to the original Genesis model, via Autofit, out of the box, nothing extra to buy. Autofit comes with the ability to transfer clothing from V4, M4 and the Kids 4 onto Genesis.
To do the same thing for Genesis 2 Female, you would need this : http://www.daz3d.com/victoria-4-for-genesis-2-female
Autofit is for Clothing ONLY, it does not transfer morphs from one figure to another, to do that, you would need GenX2 (link below)

Thanks a lot. I hope I get the hang of this soon.
