["The following files could not be found" However I know where they are, but how do I tell DS that?]
Hi.
I did a computer reset on my PC a while back and I made a backup of a few manually installed files and my previous saves so I could import them again once I installed Daz Studio. All files are now imported like they were before, but when loading my old saved scenes and models I get the message "The following files could not be found" of all the textures they used to have. I know the exact location of these old textures but how or where do I tell Daz Studio where they are? I have already tried putting the location for them in the content directory manager.

I notice in your screenshot that both E:/Dokument/Studio/ and E:/Dokument/Studio/My library are listed as DS content directories. That is likely to confuse DS.
Not as confused as the OP is, talking about missing textures, but showing a screenshot that shows missing morphs instead of textures.
Nah, ds isn't quite that stupid.
Just tested with a 3 level nested directory, top, sub and sub-sub, all 3 had the same files/folders and all three mapped in DS and none of the preset files threw an error or didn't load everything properly, regardless of the level of the preset.

Probably just further down the list, given how many missing morphs there are.

OP
If the files are in any of the mapped directories, it should work.
Double check that the data files and texture files are present in at least one of the mapped directories.
If they are mapped properly, and the file you're trying to load is a scene file, there's probably something messed up there.
You can check the paths in the scene file by opening it in a text editor, Notepad++ for instance, and search the document for the JPG/PNG/TIff/etc files that were used in the scene.
Compare what is used in the scene file to what the current mapped paths are and correct either the scene file or the install location accordingly.
Missing morphs usually means that the data folder is not mapped or has been uninstalled/deleted at some point.
Nevertheless, nesting content dictories is a very bad idea - even if ti works initially it's saving trouble for later.
