Cleaning seams skin textures

I´m trying to paint seams skin textures for my G2F and V6 characters, but the resulting skin textures are not like what i want, they don´t
seem real skin textures. I used PhotoFiltre 7 to do the painting. So i want to ask you, how can i do this and how can i how can i clean seems skin textures for g2f after painting it (the grid) ?
