Replace Input Presets or Add New Presets to file list? (Riversoft V4 to G8 Clothing Converter)

When I follow the instructions I get a dialog with Replace/Add/Ignore and the text: Replace Input Presets or Add New Presets to file list?

I can't find anything referring to it.

Anyone have a tip?
