Unable to load genesis 8 female model

Hi I'm new to Daz. I downloaded it a year ago but never used it until 4 days ago when I wanted to give it a second chanche. So I updated it to the latest version and downloaded a new model that I manually installed. Problem is that I cant load the model because I keep getting this error. I've tried to reinstall genesis 8, and the whole Daz multiple times, but nothing. I also made sure that the directory under the "Content Directory Manager" was in the proper position (C:/User/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library) but still nothing. I'm beyond frustrated so if anybody knows how to solve this, it would be really appreciated

How are you installing content, and are you using the default installation paths?
