The reason I asked which dress it was is that other dresses might have different solutions...some might have movement morphs to dial, and sometimes the best solution might be to adjust the smoothing and collision modifiers (that method would work fine in this case, too).
Thanks, your method a little help, but I can not perfectly match the dress. As is well in front of it is a hole in the back, but it is better than it was.
this adds new morphs to your characters, Select the root node for the character in the scene (Not any sub items like arms or legs) and select the parameters tab
Make sure you reselect Genesis 2 at the top of the tree as I believe it auto selects "general" or "transformations"
You should then have a list of all the morphs, scaling, transitions, etc. in the filter box type "xaway"
Find the area in the list you want to remove pokethrough from and dial down (this pushes clothes away from the body, dialing up expands the body towards the clothing)

What dress specifically are you using? Can you provide a link to the product page?

I've got that one...let me give it a quick try...
In the Scene pane, select the right thigh bone of the dress, and bend it a bit (Posing or Parameters pane). That should get rid of the pokethrough.

I've found that sometimes (and now the more I use it the better it seems to be working) is poke-away

Poke Away is a helpful solution (I've used it too), but shouldn't be absolutely necessary...have you tried adjusting the smoothing modifier?
Here's a link to a resource describing various approaches to the problem of pokethrough (including instructions on how to apply a smoothing modifier): https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/21178872-Eliminating-Poke-Through
