Error: Facial Hair and Short Hair for Genesis 8 Males

I've had this issue since I first got the product and reinstalling doesn't seem to help.
When I click the option to apply all facial hair to Genesis 8, the Billy Goat Beard always comes out as an error. When I do Billy Goat Beard on its own, it applies just fine.
