Help with saving a product

Hello everyone!
This is my first time posting here but in some way i'm an old user of daz3d. I hate to use my first post to ask for help...
And i'm not too sure if this is the correct section for this question. If i'm in the wrong place please forgive me and point me to the correct one thanks.
My problem is the following:
I made some piece of architecture compossed of various props parented to some groups for some customized movements and rotations. I followed the guidelines in the daz's help web to publish a product. I then select the main group where everything's inside and set its category. Then i go to "save as/support asset/figure/prop asset..." fill the data in and click on save...
So now i go to test my new product, load it but only the group with nothing inside is loaded. Tried then using the select all option in the scene tab; everything get selected and i repeat the process again saving like the last time just to find that this time only the last selected prop in the scene tab is saved not even inside the group but by itself. So i don't know what can i do :/
Even if i've been using daz studio for some years now it's the first time i'm trying to put together a product for the store so bear with me ^^'
Thanks in advance for any help.
Sorry if this isn't the correct section and for my bad english.

Figure Prop assets are a single, selected, item only. Try Scene Asset(s) instead. You can also, if it suits you better, save each item (that has geometry - there's no point in saving the group items as such) as a Figure or prop asset, then just save a regular scene subset. Note that you don't have to save assets for items that were loaded in .duf format, it's needed only for newly created or imported items.
Thank you very much!
I'll try what you said and report back :)
May not be the best way, but it sure is an easy way.
What I do when I get a group of items together that I want to re-use in other scenes is, I save just that group of items (no background, lighting, cameras, etc.) as a scene itself.
Then when I want to add it to a different scene I just select the "merge" option under "file".
