The Store refuses to let me add a new payment method.

I have no idea why the Daz store is borked today. Daz's stressful "Buy Now Or Else" marketing practices makes this hard to deal with.
The Daz account manager just doesn't create new credit cards, and does\says nothing. There is no information offered, and no errors. I have always used disposable debit cards, and I was hoping to get a few things.
As a programmer myself I feel angered that someone thought that zero feedback was a great idea. What can I possibly do with zero information?
