Hi there

I' ve installed daz studio 4.6.3.52 64 bit on PC and MacBook pro with Mac OS X 10.9.4

On MacBook pro when I work with viewport control like zoom and also when I work with a figure parameters, or when I play the timeline for a preview animation, all figures on the stage disappear, why?

on PC If I work in the same way it doesn't happen

I have the same problem on Mac Book pro with Daz Studio 4.6.3.52 pro 32 bit

This is my hardware configuration

Nome modello: MacBook Pro
Nome processore: Intel Core i7
Velocità processore: 2,4 GHz
Numero di processori: 1
Numero totale di Core: 4
Cache L2 (per Core): 256 KB
Cache L3: 6 MB
Memoria: 16 GB

Thanks

It sounds like it may be a problem with your Graphics card, what card are you using, and does it have up-to-date drivers?

If you hang on for a little while, we have a Mac user who checks these forums often, and I'm sure he can help more.

Have you checked under preferences and display settings and optimization levels, might be that.

I have an AMD Radeon HD 6770M 1024 MB and in the monitor preference settings I have like resolution "The best for this monitor", the problem there is also if I customize the resolution

I f you mean the Display Optimization settings in the Preferences Windows, nothing is changing after I set Best or Better :-(

three weeks ago I did an hardware upgrade, I changed the original hard disk with a OWC Mercury Electra 3G SSD may be the problem depends from the new HD?

Also my Mac Book has two graphics card, one integrate one dedicated, if I change the switch management system between the graphics cards in the saving energy settings, the problem carry on

Ok I solved with the Restore Factory Defaults button in the preferences window :-)
