Unable to send a request to Sales departement via Help Center

Hi,

I buy a product. I am trying to download first part (240MBytes). It failed at around 20MBytes.

I download the second part fine which is 1GBytes

I try to submit a ticket to Sales Support. I provide information for all fields, I press submit...and nothing happened: no error message no redirect to an other page.

    I download 3 product just now and one constinusly fails ! The 2 others download was ok

    Zendesk is working for me, if you still have the issue it may be related to routing.

    Have you read my first post ? Here is what I was saying. I access the tocket pages but I CANT SUBMIT !

    For the time being I succeed downloading one package.

    What do you expect someone on the forum to do? If it's working for others, but not you, it's likely an issue at your end.

    It may also be a temporary intermittent problem with routing. Your tone isn't likely to get you a lot of support.

    NOTHING ! It seems DAZ management dont care about the mess of DAZ web servers !

    If it's working for others, but not you, it's likely an issue at your end.

    LOL are you kidding ! look at all messages talking about bugs failures and others things ! And on my side I dont have problem. I am not a noob about servers/web/cloud and others goodies !!

  • Are you in fact signed in when trying to submit the ticket? If not, make sure you haven't got a script blocker or the like stopping the captcha from working (you get a captcha submitting without signing it, but not when signed in)

  • I am signed, I have no blocker. and I am a web/newtork/systems specialist/expert !!!

    DAZ network/servers are not able to answer. Same when I download a package: transfert starts well and suddenly stops after many mega bytes ok.

    And it is not my link. I am on a 200MBits link.

    Yesterday evening I was able to download the second part.

    You have to be signed in separately when you use the help desk.   Click the sign in button at top left of the page before you try to dubmit the help request.

     

  • The thing is, others can open tickets (I've opened several) and download (I've had a few failurres in DIM, but a second attemprt has fixed all of them so far; I have had several issues with Connect installs however) so whatever is happening to you isn't universal, it must be a combination of specific factors (which, given the situation, may well include problems on the daz side - but as you are no doubt aware tracking down such hard-to-reproduce issues and solving them is not straightforward).
