Cannot find joint editor

I am using Daz 4.12 and the joint editor is nowhere to be found. Where can I find it? must it be enabled?

Should be Tools>Joint Editor. Are you sure you have given DS its serial number? Without serialisation DS will run as Standard, rather than Pro, and one of the differences is the lack of content creation tools.
