Filament is there but can't be chosen

It's there but not there.
Is it because I don't have a graphics card? I could have sword Filament was meant for pc that don't have graphics card.

Well, I figured it out, but can't render with Filament because I don't have opengl 4.1.
See if there's a driver update for the on-board graphics
My processor is a B90, so it's stuck at OpenGL 3.
