Close-up hands

Hello, I would need an advice. I have the need to make some close-ups to the hands of my G8F character, so I would need a skin with relative bump map and normal map which includes a good resolution of the palm ridges, fingerprint ridges, skin folds, skin tone etc.
For the moment her hands are smooth like a glass and I don't want to spend hours to correct this thing with photoshop
Does this product exists?
