Certain Purchases will not download

Greetings, I had made several large purchases recently and finally was able to download them.  However, in my product library I am encountering errors on a few of the items, the majority (40 or so items) downloaded fine.  Is there a Daz rep (Richard likely) that can either fix these links or help me circumvent the errors please?  I do Manual Install only.  These are bugged.  They do not open on the usual product library screen and when I try to "open link in a new tab" I am met with these errors.

I am seperating Khemsit 8 because, as I was getting the links I noticed that I do not own her.  So I went back into product library and discovered something else.  I purchased Twosret 8, BUT on top of the error, it shows Khemsit 8 (which I do not own) as the picture and words.  So, this one is actually double-whammied on errors.

Thus Twosret 8 is what I need to access the manual download of, and it is "there" but not "there" in my products on the site here.

You might check https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/447446/store-issues-known-problems-please-read#latest , I think at least soem of those are known issues. If not, or if they are said to be fixed, please open a support ticket.
