DAZ Store Broken

SubGeniusZeroSubGeniusZero Posts: 61

Well, I have $970 in store credit, but when I tried to use it to pay for my (large) order (that's mostly SALE prices, so this is time-sensitive!), I get an error. If I choose PayPal AND Store Credit, I get an error. If I try any of my saved credit cards and the store credit, I also get an error. Now, I went into my account and changed my default billing and shipping address to what they were supposed to be . . . and now when I click on my cart icon . .  . I get the [] gekko.

Any thoughts?

  • Go ahead DAZ, ignore the problem.

Unless you have opened a ticket you haven't given Daz a chance to ignore you - if you do open a ticket, include details (screen shot of the cart or of the offers) to show what you should have paid and with luck they may be able to help even if they can't get to your ticket in time.

Yes, some people had corrupted address details so fixing those may help. I'm not clear on what you are getting now - an empty cart? If you are getting an error it's always wise to give the error message.

Maybe if you had posted to one of the two main threads in the Commons  your query would have been noticed earlier.  These 2 threads are regularly monitored so we try to keep all the problems in the same threads.
