GPU Not Being Used to Render

I know this issue has been brought up many times before but I have a nvidia rtx 2080ti with over 4000 cuda cores but no matter which version of daz i use (4.12.2 or 4.12.3 BETA) nither of them will use the GPU, both task manager and gpuz say that there is no GPU memory being used and this card has 11gb of ram, I've even downloaded and installed studio driver 430 and still only renders with CPU which takes forever. What good is Nvidia iray technology if Daz doesn't even use the card any ideas that have not already been suggested because at this point I think I've used every possible solution unless there's a solution that hasn't been suggested

What driver versions have you tried? You need 442.19 or later for the General Release, 451.48 for the Public Build.
