Help with V4 Dress

I am using DAZ Studio 4.6
64 bit

I have loaded into my scene Victoria 4.2

I want to apply a dress to her but the dress is not fitting right onto V4. Attached is a screen capture.

I have Morphs injected should I apply the dress before the morphs? Then apply the morphs?

If anyone could help that would be great!

    Does the dress have a breast morph?

    Sorry about the nudity! Forgot! lol

    It has morphs but so far I haven't been able to fit the dress entirely on V4.

    The item is made for V4 so I'm kind of scratching my head!

    I tried transferring the active morphs from V4 to the dress but it still doesn't fit right and it looks off.

    It may be that the dress is designed to fit not V4 but a morphed V4 (the GND shape, by the look of it). That will inevitably break and morph following or figure transfer tools - the only way to use it would be on the shape it is designed for, with any supported morphs but avoiding the use of Transfer Active Morphs.
