New computer with two drives, clean install... best way to do it?

Just finished my new PC build, which has 2 1TB M.2 NVME drives (C: and E:)

I've heard people talk about using one drive for apps, and one for data is that the best way? Install Daz on C:, but put content on E:? How do I tell Daz Connect where to put my content?

Thanks...

Andy

Yes, and yes, although you might outgrow that 1 TB drive sooner than you think, but that's a long way off.

To map the drive and folder, in Studio, go to the Content Directory Manager with a right-click on Content Library tab, or click on the context menu (often referred to as the hamburger) in the upper right corner of the pane group, or from Preferences (F2) -> Content tab -> Content Directory Manager button.

You will see a folder tree for Content Sets -> Current Directories. One is Daz Connect Data, and you can change to whichever drive and folder you want. Select it and the Edit button will be enabled. You should be able to find your way from there...
