I purchased the following:
V4 Hand Poses ------------------------------ what is the content library path?
Everyday Hands Poses for V4 and M4 ----------- what is the content library path?
600 Pre-Teen Hand and Body Poses ----------- what is the content library path?

I cannot find any of the hands I purchased on either the left side where your file icons are, or on the right side where your content library files are :/

    Great.

I was too impatient waiting for a reply so I went back to see what I may have missed. It said some product files were required. So I bought:
    Millenium Girls
    Victoria 4.2 base
    victoria 4.2 base power loader
    victoria 4.2 base studio cf

    Help please

edit: well purchasing those required product files did nothing :| I see no hand presets.

10 minutes is not enough time to give for an answer...Volunteers mainly help out here ;)

Anyways did you look in the Content Library Pane (NOT SMART CONTENT) under Poser Format > Pose ?

Btw victoria 4.2 base studio cf is for Poser so if you are using Daz Studio ONLY then you don't need them. cf stands for Companion Files

I am off the bed now so I won't be able the help further.

Oh and to help others help you how did you install these, manually or via DIM?

Yeah I wasn't saying you were accusing just that with learning all this patience is paramount. :)

I was just making sure you looked under Poser Formats as many don't realise these older items are more or less full Poser formats. Covering all basis from experience in helping others for a few years.

Ok the next thing to make sure is that the place you installed them to is the same place Daz Studio is looking for them. This post http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/11176/#160953 shows how set up or make sure the correct content paths are set up...if you don't know how that is. Where did you install them too btw....did you specify a particular folder in DIM or just use the defaults. Is that path the same as where all you other content is?

Yeah I got back up, couldn't sleep.

That link I post above shows how to set up multiple content folders...ignore that part. Just look to see if the path match up to where your new content was installed to. If it all matches up there is another thing we can try but again all this is hit or miss as it could be one of a number of things wrong

    what... that looks.... complicated
it is the default location that DL manager places them after clicking the green button when purchasing.
    I don't download them manually
I need the directory path where they are located within Daz studio
    wait
    I need sleep,
if you did explain in that link I will have to spend more time going over it tomorrow. Im too frustrated spending that much money on hand poses and have nothing to show for it, plus I have a headache, and sleepy -.-

I don't use DS, but in Poser hand poses are actually found under Runtime / Libraries / Hands rather than under Poses.

If you install with the DAZ Install Manager you can click the arrow to the right of the product in the Installed tab and from the menu choose isntalled Files to get a list of what went where. You can also try the readmes in the Product Documentation section, by getting the product code from the product page and going to the right block (and if need be, as with the first set, clicking the link to the old readme) or by clicking the i button in the Install Manager

http://www.daz3d.com/v4-hand-poses they are in Poser Formats>Folder you installed to>Hands>P3DA V4 Hands according to the readme.
http://www.daz3d.com/everyday-hands-poses-for-v4-and-m4 I can't find the details, but try looking for a folder starting B9999 in the Hand library
http://www.daz3d.com/600-pre-teen-hand-and-body-poses "In the ”#PT_” categories of your Hand library and ”#PT_” categories of your Poses Library you will find new icons for loading the product. " - I suspect the # will have been removed from the path, if that's not a bit of code that's slipped across.

That last product is for the Millennium Kids Young Teens, and probably won't work well on current figures.
