Site not working

This site is still not working, its not showing any discounts or products  for Platininum members . Especialy when you tick the box for the site to show RC+ member products only. Don't think this site is safe at the moment with its issues and won't be purchasing any products in the future untill the site sorts its self out.

    The PC+ filter not working is a known issue. 
    As for PC prices, try logging out, clearing cache and daz3d cookies, then logging in again.

    I have the similiar issue, but mine is rather more serious. After the technical maintenance (and one week before of that) I lost access to entire PC+ membership due to order failure by DAZ store side. I logged out, logged in, cleared cache, installed new browser and I still don't even have access to discounts and PC + sales. I have 3 open tickets on Help Desk now and there is no professional response from support. It seems like they no longer see me as a loyal client, because I can't see willingness on their part to fix the issue.

    actually, it's more like they have SO MANY tickets that they are having trouble keeping up with them all.
    I know that you are very frustrated right now,  rest assured that the daz team is working their fingers to their bones to get everything working perfectly again.
    I really appreciate your frustration and just know that they are slaving away to fix those specific issues right now.

  • Thank you Lyoness for soothing my nerves. It's good that you are aware of their hard work, but they could at least post some information (e.g. on a yellow banner) that they are still struggling with errors and apologize to some customers for any delays in the proper functioning of the store.

    PS. I got response from support, which confirms what you said, but the eventual bugs will not be solved soon. I think, they should put the sale on hold for a while.

  • Same issue here on Mac OSX amd Firefox browser as well.  I can only see the applied discount if I check the item and then go to the shopping cart where it then appears .  I also cant sort by price as the discounts aren't applied in the sort.  I find discount only when notified by email using the ATI Daz-Deals Firefox add-on or sale items directly listed on the sales page.  Feel only a bit better to know its system wide and not localized.
