Please, a noob needs help about skin color

Hi every one,

I have both M6 & V6 Pro Bundle and also their genitals. I saw in My Content Library both named "Genesis 2 Genital", since I don't like M6 & V6 skin, I tried to apply it on my G2 figure & the result was the lower belly & the genital looked like grey plastic. I looked in the Materials & Content Library for UV or MAT setting but I can't find any. I have no problem installing both genitals in M6 & V6. What should I do with that so the genital would have the same color with Base G2F or Base G2M?

I kind of know what your talking about. I have not messed with that part much, other then to make sure it was installed correctly.

using the smart tab, the names kind of get lumped together in a way that is difficult to tell whom is whom. The content library may be a better way, tho I don't know the exact path (somewhere under "Daz formats -> Daz library -> Figures -> G2M -> people" probably).

To start, go to the scene tab, and highlight the "Genetailia" thing, then go to the "smart tab" or "Content Library" and find the figure color skin "matt" things. I hope that helps, along with the screen-cap.

I end up just clicking threw matt settings in the smart tab till I find one that looks close, because my interests are elsewhere for the time being.

The G2F and G2M genitals are "geocrafted." They attach to the figure and replace part of the geometry, but they are still a separate figure. You have to select the genitals and apply a material preset to them.

For the G2F genitals you can simply apply any full skin material preset. To match the rest of the skin you should apply the same full skin preset you applied to G2F.

The genitals for G2M require a special texture and not all G2M characters come with textures for the genitals. Usually the whats included and features section of the store page will indicate if a male genital texture is included. If it does not say one is included, then that character probably does not have a genital texture.

I see. But unfortunately, the things in my Genesis Male Genitalia' "Materials" are not are not the same with yours. It's weird. Maybe I should re-download it & re-install it. Thnx zarcondeegrissom

Oow that's why there's no LIE on Genitals. I was going to edit the LIE. Maybe I have to re-install it. Thnx for the info mark128

That because that was Michal 5 and David 5 (Genesis 1), not Michal 6 (Genesis 2). The process should be similar tho.

That because that was Michal 5 and David 5 (Genesis 1), not Michal 6 (Genesis 2). The process should be similar tho.
