I am wondering if there are any dresses with knee-length or slightly longer skirts and appear to have shoulder pads, whether the dress is long-sleeved or short-sleeved?

    Could you post an immage with an example of what do you mean by shoulder pads, please?

    Not the OP, but I'm guessing 1980s style shoulder pads.
