Hands in particular come out posed differently. The product Handy Dandy has presets to fix Genesis 2 (V6/M6) hand positions after using a V4/M4 pose. I have it and it works pretty well.

Yes, they can, but keep in mind that the results may not be 100% accurate and might require some manual adjustments.

The script is for Genesis 1, not Genesis 2. I have never tried the script so I don't know if it works on Genesis 2.
