Prevent Clipping on Animations with Morphs

I'm wanting to experiment with animations, but I'm running into a problem with how animations interact with morphs. The animations I'm using involve people touching, but because the figures are morphed it means hands clip into bodies, etc. (I'll add that the animations are naughty so that you get the idea of what's going on.)

Is there a quick and easy way to prevent this like a feature I'm unaware of, or a script or something similar, or is this going to have to be manually adjusted? (If it's manual I'll just give up now because the animation designer made every frame a keyframe.)
