Download Fails

I just purchased a number of packages and am getting download fails on the following ...

- Paisley Hair for Genesis 3 Female(s) [ https://www.daz3d.com/paisley-hair-for-genesis-3-females ]  <-- RESOLVED

- Farren HD for Genesis 8 Female [ https://www.daz3d.com/farren-hd-for-genesis-8-female ]

... I tried multiple times with the install manager and Daz Central

I am having a similar issue but with only one of the items I purchased: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-chiffon-crop-dress-for-genesis-8-female-s

I get 'Download Fails' on the DIM. Trying to dowload manually I get this error:

All the other Items I purchased today, including the PC+ freebie this morning installed normally.

I got the hair to install manually but the other one  Farren HD for Genesis 8 Female is STILL a problem.
