can't sign into Daz Central

i uninstalled daz studio from my system and later i tried to reinstall it but i can't sign into daz central when i try to log in it keeps telling me that " The email and/or password you entered did not match our records. Please double-check and try again."     i have also reset my passward but yet still i can't sign in. what can i do please.

I assume your password is at least seven characters long? You may need to open a support ticket.
