How to create a certain Facial Feature?

Hi,

I'm trying to create a character with a facial feature that is in this pic. The depression around the mouth in the cheek area. (Can't describe it better). Any idea on how to accomplish this? I have the 2 different head morph sets available but I can't find the option to force this. Do I need to do this in Blender?

Are those the cheek creases?  I have a morph to activate those for the G8M.  I would assume they could be found in some G8F morph packs.

Cheek creases got me there... thanks.. it is nasolabial fold.. now I just need to figure out on how to create it.

Blender won't help, neither will ZBrush. This level of detail is impossible without HD morphs.
