Which base female model to use to get near a resemblance of a real person

Any idea from where to start? Genesis 8 or any other model? Which addon would be best to try to get the resemblance quite right?

Don't want to use Blender etc as I have no real clue there.

Base model isn't as important as having consistent reference photos of the individual from different angles that used the same camera. I'm almost certain I saw photos of that particular woman on One Model Place years ago. Anyway, depending on how close of a resemblance you're expecting to get, you might need to use a modeling program because even with the numerous morphs available in Daz, the overall features/dimensions are always going to be more-than-slightly-off.
