I have not read all the way through this thread to determine if this has been said before, but if you are looking at the works of Vicey3D on Renderosity (the most accurate celebrity look-alikes I've seen so far overall), the artist appears to be going through a musician phase--Britney Spears, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry. These figures are quite clearly the celebrities in question. HID's work shown in the Renderosity store is sometimes a bit more subtle, but definitely, Elle is Elizabeth Olsen, Mikaela is Megan Fox, Jane is Krysten Ritter, Marley is Jennifer Anniston, Jessie is Jessica Alba, Blair is Blake Lively, Alison is Zoey Deschanel, Bonnie is Kaley Cuoco, and Dahlia is Jennifer Lawerence. His likenesses tend to be more subtle, however. I'm not sure what Vicey3D is doing these days to create his, but the artist has upped their game considerably from older models.

What about Hailey 8.1 being based on Evan Rachel Wood (Dolores from Westworld)?

    I've heard worse ideas :)

Is that who she's based off? She looks familiar and I can't quite place it.

Hmmm, I'm still leaning towards Evan Rachel Wood personally. I think it's the thinner mouth. YMMV :)

Aren't days off great, get to play with photoshop to my heart's content :)

MKDAWUSS, at this point it's just speculation :) The only way we'd know for sure with this one is if the artist popped in and confirmed/corrected us. As it's a Daz Original and we don't know who that is in this case the odds aren't great.

Also, I know I'm new, but there's an older model I don't think has ever been identitified. Ella HD by Maelwenn is clearly based off 90s hottie and softcore star, Lisa Boyle.

Ella HD by Maelwenn is pretty certainly Gemma Arterton, pretty sure she's be identified here before.

Check the lists on page 1 :)

Marley is an original creation and not a celebrity. This was confirmed by HID3D themselves in this thread (as was the rest of their list).

Thanks for joining in and if you spot any others that aren't already on any of the front page lists please let us know.

Yeah, I'm probably wrong. I mean is the creator going to pick a lesser known model from the 90s or a hottie from right now. Personally, she'll be filling my Lisa Boyle fantasies though. That said I'd love a creator to do models from that era or earlier when they were in their prime. Raquel Welch, Sophia Loren, Jane Fonda... there's a lot of hotties.

I didn't realize he had a Jane F model! Problem is Totocandy1's work is so expensive. I like the quality but, fffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff...

PS I corrected my spelling of Arterton in my original post (before I felt the wrath of maikdecker, again)

I know :) It was said in fun (hope it was taken that way). One of the things you posted was that I had spelled a vendors name wrong, so pretty good job you did point it out to me.

I am of the generation that cries at some of the grammar/spelling I read on the internet. Ahhh, the youngsters these days...grumble...grumble...grumble...

New Clone Series entry from ROMFX at Renderhub. Wania - Elizabeth Olsen

Vicey3D's Jessica, I've been saying is Olivia Holt from the start (look up previous pages). She played Dagger (Tandy Bowen) from Marvel's "Cloak and Dagger".

The morph looks slightly overdone and could use a dial back, but also it's my understanding that Olivia has been getting (subtle) procedures like lip injections and such, which is why she looks a little different compared to some of her earlier photos.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Unfortunately it turns out we were all wrong, she is an original creation of Vicey's. Not to say that she can't be used as any of the suggestions with tweaking but she's not actually based on a celebrity.

Well, this thread isn't called "Characters that are based on more or less well-known celebrities (categories A+ to Z)" so having a figure coming out that does resemble a certain living human being, when the lighting is right and one uses a morph slider or whatnots should qualify it to be posted here, shouldn't it?

And, to be honest, the amount of pretty blond lookalikes in hollywood (and all over the movie industry) is so big, that even without the intent an "original creation" of a PA is cursed to look like a celebrity quite often wink

What does "Editorial use" mean? I think it means use in a blog or magazine? Like an editor?

It basically means that any image you make with the product in question cannot be used for commercial advertising purposes, but it can be used for information purposes (like news reporting or on a blog).  This article goes into it in a bit more detail, and though it's more about photos the principle is still the same.  It also shows that the law is a little, shall we say, fuzzy in the definition of what is or is not comercial.

It depends on the site, different places mean slightly different things.

Yeah, that's very true.  It's probably always best to ask the vender involved exactly just what is allowed and what isn't if you're ever thinking of doing anything more than personal art projects.  That or spend a load of money on a lawer who will make you even more confused about the entire business!  No offence to any lawers here of course, I know you're all the good ones....... *cough*

Does this Lara for G8/G8.1 Female look a bit like the Irish Singer/Song Writer Enya (at least, a younger version of her)?

Not directly related to this morph, but does anyone know where I could find the 'Scarlet Witch' outfit that he used in a promotional render for his character (or at least the 'Crown')?

I've checked my 'regular' places but so far haven't found one (many 'Comic Book Accurate' versions, but so far no MCU version).

good question. I'm more concerned abut the outfit itself, but we have similar aims.
