I can see it. Wouldn't say it's a dead ringer situation, but @Mousso's characters rarely are that on purpose.
Eillie has more than a resemblance to Billie Eilish (and the name was a clue too)

Looking at my render with a little more distance, he doesn't really look much like Vin Diesel at all... but I still like him for what he is! :)

There is a Mousso level of resemblance but I can't help thinking that the beauty spot is doing most if the heavy lifting here :)
And perhaps the hair and expression in the first promo image. I don't see it in the other promos, but that first one had me saying the same.
I was looking for a Krysten Ritter look-a-like, but couldn't find anything quite what I wanted. I ended up using Mary HD as a base and tweaking with the G8F morphs. I'm happy with how it turned out, but I think I need to learn how to sculpt to get a better result...
Yeah, I see some resemblance to Cindy Crawford and maybe even like a dash of Eva Mendes, in a couple of these shots… but not by any means an all-out likeness, maybe an “inspired by”, if even that. The right makeup and lighting can do wonders, right? ;)
But then again, it’s one of the reasons I absolutely love Mousso’s work, her characters are *always* stunning (and not in a “perfect”, uncanny valley kind of way). They’re perfectly imperfect, original and so full of character; always just gorgeous, peak-quality works of art, with that sort of high-fashion model feel.
Sangriart is up there with Mousso, as one of my favorite artists. And while she might push more for a celebrity likeness, it never crosses into weird caricature land, either. The result is always stunning! <3
I actually prefer seeing hints of a celebrity in there, a take on their sort of most iconic or quintessential image made beautiful; than a full-blown likeness that might go too far and not evoke as pleasant or polished of an aesthetic, if that makes any sense…?
I created a celebrity look like, (with help of face transfer), I call her Winnie Keller.
Definitely an influence there.

Hi Gordig, Just so you know, no the character is not based on any real person. i never use real world references when creating a character :) I tend to have a mood in mind and play with the features until i achieve a look that i find a beauty in. Katya was created with an Elven/model/otherworldly look in mind. Any similarity to real world people is accidental or may interpreted in the styling of the promo, The 4th one you mention is more ethereal so i when looking at it again i can see how you belived her to be based on Cate, however again this is not intentional. Hope this information helps :)

Yeah, that mustache looks the same... only the other stuff (eyes, nose, mouse, face of the head and some other minor details...) look different.
Ok, so I'm going to have an attempt at some characters by khoshekh over at rendo.
Some of these are purely based on the outfits in the promos I have to admit, their characters tend to the slightly wider face structure. Please feel free to correct/discuss and make any additions. If we get enough I might add to the front page listing.

Shego - Drew Barrymore
Evan - Chris Evans
Asa - Asa Butterfield

I agree that Scott is meant to be Henry Cavil, based on the promos.
But I think he ended up looking like Sean Maher.
In fact I think Scott looks more like Sean Maher than DTHUREGRIF's Symon who's actually meant to look like Sean Maher.
Parker - Tom "Spiderman" Holland do I see, too. And Chris "Captain America" Evans looks also like a good guess. Of the others I don't know two and Shego doesn't much like Drew Barrymore to me.

As I said I was going off the promo images in some cases.
Drew Barrymore was a complete gut reaction to one of the promos but wouldn't bet a weeks salary on it.
'Percy' also looks like the kid from the Percy Jackson movie
Google tells me two things, the actor is Logan Lerman and images tells me you are probably right :)
