I work with 3D Studio Max and Create 3D Models and I am interested in buying the Sci-Fi Package

My Question is : Can I apply these Sci-Fi Package to my Models ?

Thank you

Which set, and what are you wanting to do with it? In general there will not be native materials, but you should have several export formats from DAZ Studio or Poser that will get the items into an application like 3DS though they all have benefits and drawbacks so it's hard to say how satisfactory they will be; however, people certainly do use DAZ content in 3DS and the like.

I was thinking about building a 3D model of either a Landing Bay and or Space Station and so I was thinking about Buying Modular Sci-Fi Kit 02

Well, Stonemason models in 3DS Max so the mesh should certainly be friendly - I don't have that set but it doesn't appear to have moving parts, if it does they will be solid parts rotating or sliding so you could probably use the simplest format - OBJ - to take them to 3DS, though you would then have to redo the materials.
