Help - Using mouse pointer to position limbs stopped working?

I used daz last year and I remember being able to position hands and limbs by clicking

the mouse pointer to drag a hand. You could move the whole arm/leg/torso/head by straighten or bending.

Now that I have reinstalled windows on a new comp, daz I can't seem drag limbs anymore. I can 

click on the figures specific limb locations and they highlight if you want to change positions through paramenters

But it's not letting me reposition movements slightly with the use of a mouse. What do you think is the problem?

i don't know but you pointed me in the right direction. I clicked on.....

Tools > Universal

and that did the trick. Now I can't reposition limbs using the mouse pointer. Thank you!
