Problem with Sky HD for Genesis 8 Female [Resolved]

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this one?   Whenever I load "Sky HD for Genesis 8 Female" the face and ears al appear black (image attached).   Adding one of the makeups fixes the face but the ears remain black.   I've tried reloading the skin, played with different translucencis and normals on/off in hopes it might fix it, but with no success.   Any suggestions how to fix this?

    How did you install the character?  The character itself works fine for me without make-up, ears and all.  Installed with DIM.

    I would try uninstalling and reinstalling.  That usually fixes things like this.

    I installed with Daz Connect.  I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling as you suggest.
