Daz Studio window and help menu not working.

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hello,

I'm not sure what happened, but suddenly I can't access the Daz Studio WINDOW and HELP menu. Has anyone had this problem?  Thanks.

    Do the other top menubar items work?

    Actually, no. I can't access any of the menubar.

    Could you post a screenshot, just to be sure we arenn't at cross purposes? But I suspect you are going to need to get rid of menus.dsx in:

    %AppData%/daz 3d/studio4/

    Here is a screebshot of the menubars that don't work. any help would greatly appricated. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing works.

    I deleted the menus.dsx file and everything works. Thanks!

    Ah, I thought you meant they were not there rather than that they were there and not working. Anyway, I'm glad that clearing the stored file fixed the issue.
