Trouble downloading Freebies

I'm trying to download this week's Freebies, but appear to be caught between two errors with the shop.

The items are in my cart, but when I open this it says it's empty.  However, when I select one of the items again, it states the item is already in my cart and I can't remove it...

Could someone in tech support please credit the items to my account on their side?

Try putting a different item in the cart  and then remove it once the cart accepts that is no longer empty  when you check out.
