CC Beard Boss not loading since update

I've noticed a bug with CC Beard Boss for G8M by ChangelingChick. I used it earlier today but the character had a pronounced chin, which covers the beard (I was using the Stubble preset) this is not unusall and I normally fix it by usign the "foreward" slider in Perapeters>Movement. However, the slider was not there, so I clicked "Explore Product" and noticed an update was available. So, natually, I updated the product, but ever since then the beard as not been loading, just a big, grey block. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling via bot Daz Centeral and DIM, but th eissue persists. Because of the timing I can only assume something went wrong with the Metadata when the product was updated, so I'm placing this here in hopes that she'll see it and look into it.

    According to DIM, there hasn't been a Beard Boss update since February 2018. That version still works OK for me. A big gray block is not an indication of a metadata error. It indicates a missing geometry file.

    Hmm. Any suggestions on how restore it? As I said, I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product and it still doesn't work....

    You need to uninstall the Connect installation inside DS, otherwise the DIM installation will be ignored.
