Exporting Texture

Hopefully someone can help me (and I'm posting this in the right area). I bought some clothing packs and licenses to export to Unreal and it's the type of clothing material that only shows up in the IRay render but doesn't actually convert to diffuse, normal, metallic etc maps on export. Is there a way to change this? I have my characters all set up looking good but the materials don't "collapse" on them.
