smart no more (Solved ! )

Suddenly the Smart content does not work any more

"Filter by content" does not show much of all I have...

When I click that off every product is still in the list

but of course mixed... so all together.... from male to female from V3 till g8... that is a bit toooo much :D

So I click Genesis 8 and only a few options

I did see a message about failed metadata come by

5 succeeded 1 failed

but have no idea what that is

Did you load Freya by the character preset? From other posts I believe that is not correctly set up - try loading the Genesis 8 Female base, then apply the frya 8  shape from the Parameters pane and the materials from the product instead.

It is strangely with all G8 women incl the base figure

not G2, G3, not animals.. not the males (g / g8)

Freja was good for 2 days.. but i will try to see if i can do what you say

Not sure if that is what you meant but it seems that your smart content filter does not show your G8F-specific assets when you select a Genesis 8 female. If that's the case I had the same problem. What did the trick for me was to delete the Genesis 8 Female Starter Essentials and reinstall it again.

Happy to help! Can't tell for sure what causes this but I assume it has something to do with installing new content.
