Annoying issue with DazCentral

In Central, there's a very annoying green dot with the number 3 in it next to dashboard.  There's also a green dot next to Daz Studio under applications.

That's supposed to mean something is new.

Except the ONLY thing that's actually new are the annoying tutorials, which I do NOT want to watch just to make the annoying green dots go away.

Did I mention they were annoying?

Is there a way, anywhere in Central, to mark everything as 'read' 'seen' 'stop bothering me already' ?

I still haven't been able to correlate the number next to dashboard with any combination of things it could be indicating.

It's not helpful, but I have the same green dot with a "2" in it and this is the most helpful page I've found...
