Trouble loading Derek for The Freak 5

I have The Freak 5 and Derek for The Freak 5.
If I load Derek, it goes to a Genesis character with the Derek skin tone but not the facial features. If I load The Freak 5 then Derek it still doesn't look like the Derek character. And the facial hair didn't come up either.
Could someone please walk me through the steps to load this character?

    It sounds as if the morphs may not be being found - are you using Poser or DAZ Studio?

    I'm using DAZ Studio 4.6.

    OK, try loading the character then go to Help>Troubleshooting>View Log, scroll to the end and look to see if DS is complaining about any missing files or unsupported morphs.
