in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I purchased West Park Ward Iray Addon and it does not show up in my Daz Central to be installed.

Whats happening ?

    There was a hiccup in the store, and the download files were not copied to the download server. It's being fixed, and might actually be fixed by now.

    Note for the next time this happens (and yes, there probably will be a next time, until the new store software is rolled out). If you ever see DAZ Central as the only available installation method, that does not mean you must use DAZ Central; it means there are no files to download by any method.
