in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Can someone please help me sort this problem.

I'm getting blank thumbnails for products such as V4, also Hiro 4 base is giving me a "file does not exist" warning.

There are a number of products giving me these two problems.

    I used Daz Central

    I have noticed that the JPG files are missing for those products. At least knowing that now I can replace the missing pictures, which make them show up properly. In one case the jpeg file was simply names wrongly.

    It's litterally every generation 4 base figure.

    Generation 4 figures cannot be installed with Connect.
