Black and White picture of purchased items

Hey guys, I would like to ask. I just bought new products and I really do not know why is the picture of it in my products is in black and white. I tried to buy one before, but after downloading it, it is just available and its picture is colored and ready to use. What does a black and white picture mean? Should I have to have something before having it? I bought a Callan HD for Genesis 8 without buying the non-HD one. should I buy the non HD version first before having it?

    There's no "non-HD Callan for G8M" product.

    When you say "the picture is back and white", what picture are you talking about?

    Are you referring to the product image in Smart Content? Black and White product image in Smart Content means it isnt installed.

    You can install via smart content by just double clicking the image.

    Or install via DIM or Content Manager.
