Can you animate visibility? I'm trying to have a wall present in one frame and gone the next and it doesn't seem to take.

I haven't used animate much but couldn't you add a key frame at the point you want the wall to disappear and then remove the wall or hide it from that frame onwards. To get it back add a new key frame and add/make the wall visible again from there on.

Whether that works or not I don't know but it is what I would try if you haven't already.

That's what I've been trying…but haven't quite managed it yet. There doesn't seem to be an attribute in the animation timeline for opacity. I may just animate the past to the frame I want to have the wall vanish…then do another subsequent render with the wall turned off…then cut the two shots together.

Turn on the Animate window rather than the Timeline.

At the bottom left you will see Studio.

Make sure the wall is selected in the scene.

Click on the first space on the line and click the 'Set Studio Key' icon next to 'Studio'

Click on the second space on the line and, in posing, set 'Scaling' to zero percent.

    Play the animation :)

I don't see any "studio" at the lower left of the Animate2 panel. That's where the aniblock selection box is at and the row of aniblock. But using Scale is something I hadn't thought of and might work in KeyMate.

It is Animate Lite I have so there must be a difference in the animation panel between it and Animate2.

You can see it in this screen shot, it looks like a 'ladder' running along underneath the timeline.
