    That looks to be an issue with the Intel GPU driver, do you actually have an Intel GPU on your CPU? If you do, and if you also have a stand-alone GPU (e.g. nVidia or AMD) then make sure DS is set to use the latter (in the GPU's Control Panel applet, usually available through a right-click on the desktop).

    I have Intel hd graphic on my desktop. can I make it accept daz or do I need a new graphic card?

    Is that all you have? It may be worth looking to see if there are newer drivers, if so.

    I checked and it says I already have the best driver installed. but just remembered something. my monitor is hooked to the desktop with hdmi cable does that matter?

    Where did you check, on Intel's site? Drivers provided by Microsoft update are not the ones you should use.

    For the record, I have an intel card on my laptop and DS does work (of course, it won't use the GPU to render)
