iREAL Animated Flocks of Birds Manual download of the second file Keeps failing?

Hi. I purchased the above product today and have tried several times to download the second file and it keeps failing on me. I know my browser is downloading other files OK as I've downloaded a few large videos today. The first file in the product downloads fine. Can anyone help me with this?
