The files with the SKU number at the beginning of the file name are old files from before the DAZ Install Manager came to be. The ".exe" files are for Windows users, and the ".zip" files are for Mac users.
As for the 2 top files, they are set up for use with the DAZ Install Manager, and since they are almost identical in size, you would pick which one you need depending on the software you plan to use it with. IOW, the Ps file would be installed in Poser, and the DS file would be installed in DAZ Studio. If there was a large difference in size between the Ps and DS files, that would indicate the DS file just contains DAZ Studio textures, and then you would need to download and install both if you were going to install to DAZ Studio.
The easy way to tell which download is which is the bit you chopped off of your screenshot. Look to the right of the column of blue "manual download" buttons, you should see some of them also have a green "download & install" button. These are the ones you want to use the matching blue — not the green — button to get the manual download file. The ones without the green button are the old installers.
Note that the process of converting stuff for DIM or manual download is not quite finished yet — most of the store has now been converted, but some older items will still only show the older installers.

Hope that helps.
Either of the top two files (the 61mb ones), depending whether you want the DS version or the PS (Poser version) if you are manually downloading.
Not quite certain why the old installer files are still showing, will point this out to the relevant people
