Cannot find all adjustments on cloths

I am used to working with V6 but because of the massive amount of content for V4 I am trying some work with V4 as well.

So I just bought following clothes: http://www.daz3d.com/celia-clothes
In the description is has some additional adjustments:
SK_BackHemIn
SK_FrHemIn
SK_LHemIn
SK_RHemIn
SK_Shorter
SK_Shrink
SK_Sitting
SK_UpBack
SK_UpLeft
SK_UpRight
SK_Wind1
SK_Wind2
SK_Wind3

The thing is... I cannot seem to find these adjustments...
When I select the dress I go to the parameters tab I can only see a few like:
AdjustButtocks
AdjustHips
AdjustThighs
AdjustTorsoUp
AdjustWaist

Where can I find these?
I need those others because currently the dress looks bad when I'm putting my model in a pose...

    You have to select the hip of the dress, then those will be in parameters under Movement.

    Not sure why they are in the hip and not the dress, but that is the way it was made.

    They are in the hip because that is the part that controls the movement of a skirt.
