What is is going wrong

Tried to upgrade my Daz Studio to 4.6 (from 4.01)

I cannot seem to install the base characters for V6 and M6.
It keeps saying "....dsf" file missing.
However when I go to the content directory, its quite easy to see the file right there.

I installed the 4.6 uprgrade through the content installer first, Same thing happened.
When I click on the icon to load V6 or M6 I get a funny Grey Robot thingy.

I then uninstalled everything, and tried a manual install,
still no luck

Please help!

    Either you haven't installed the Genesis 2 Starter Essentials or Daz looking in the wrong place for the files.

    Remember that Victoria 6 and Michael 6 are not really figures themselves, but rather morphs for the Genesis 2 figure. If you don't have Genesis 2 installed, they cannot be used. You can find them in your Product Library.

    Assuming all is installed just fine, check your preferences by pressing F2 and ensure the directory is listed. If it isn't, then Daz won't know where to find your files so it won't be able to load Genesis 2.

    yeah there was a change in content location between 4.0 and 4.6. I would guess as HoF has that DS is looking in the wrong place. I bet you left DIM at all the default settings.
